Project Description

Our client, residing overseas, handed us a turnkey project ensuring them a hassle-free process. We embarked on crafting a home mirroring the opulence of a 5-star hotel, meticulously curating every detail to evoke an exquisite atmosphere. This interior design seamlessly intertwines the cosiness of a holiday home with the practicality needed for work trips and family gatherings, taking the living space to unparalleled heights. The result is an intimate ambiance ideal for family moments and high-profile guest entertainment, establishing a harmonious blend of luxury and functionality.

Spatial Arrangement

In a standard Hong Kong apartment without an entrance vestibule, we innovatively crafted a welcoming foyer. This multifunctional space not only accommodates storage for shoes, jackets, and up to 10 suitcases but also acts as a transitional zone, heightening privacy by separating the external realm from the central interior. As one wanders through the hallway, the living area unfolds, revealing a luminous and expansive space where the captivating view of Victoria Harbour takes the spotlight.

Materiality

The material palette chosen for this project is rich, moody, and darker, featuring warm tones of wood and antique bronze. Stone-patterned feature walls echo the ocean’s beauty, adding an extra layer of sophistication.
