Project Description

The world renown Gleneagles Hotel once again appointed Huge Martin Partnership as the architect and lead consultant to design and implement the works of the 4th floor bedroom refurbishment for this Grade B listed building. 37 existing en-suite bedrooms were renovated to provide 9 of 2-bedroom premium suites and a 1-bedroom suite. Each with luxurious living and dining space. In addition, there is also a new lobby, hair salon and conference room. The construction programme was 4 months long.
